- Management and motivation of the team
- Representative:in of the house - communicative, warm, present
- Ensuring smooth service processes and a consistently high standard of service
- Dealing professionally with guest feedback and complaints
- Service planning, inventories and operational organisation
- Creative co-design of promotions, events and culinary highlights
- Collaboration in the design and adaptation of the drinks menu

- Completed training in the restaurant or hotel industry
- Initial management experience in the catering industry or ready for the next step
