Together with your team, you will look after our guests, provide support in the front office and back office and keep an overview when things get busy. Do you love dealing with people and are only satisfied when the guest is?

What does your day look like?
You will be responsible for the organisation and smooth running of the reception area:
✓ Reception service/ reservation service
✓ Partial relief and representation of the reception management
✓ Independent management of a shift at reception
✓ Ensuring the smooth running of the front office in the interests of guests and interdepartmental cooperation
✓ Realisation of a satisfactory or best possible room occupancy rate
✓ Successful sale of all hotel services
✓ Fulfilling guests' wishes and maintaining contact with guests
✓ Ensuring a high quality of guest service
✓ Quick and conscientious processing of complaints
✓ Checking and adhering to quality standards and guidelines in everyday working life
