We are offering you a position as HR Officer (m/f/d) Wages and Salaries at our location in St. Peter-Ording or in Hamburg at the earliest possible date
Your challenge
✓ You are responsible for payroll accounting - from preparation to follow-up, with an eye for detail
✓ You are the contact person for our employees and managers when it comes to payroll-related or personnel administration issues
✓ You will be responsible for regular checks in our time recording system as well as retrieving and processing sickness certificates
✓ You communicate independently with health insurance companies and authorities
✓ You will be involved in HR projects, onboarding and training - because we don't just want to manage processes, we want to improve them
What you bring with you
✓ First professional experience in the area of payroll accounting
✓ Sound knowledge of payroll tax and social security law
✓ Fit in MS Office (especially Word & Excel) possibly also with experience in accounting systems
✓ Reliability and accuracy characterise you and your way of working
✓ Team spirit, initiative and enjoyment of a lively working environment round off your profile
