We also deal with mountains of files and paragraphs, but first and foremost we are looking for someone with a heart and hands-on mentality to support our management and department heads, keep an overview of HR and always have an open ear as a contact person on site.

What's going on?
✓ You are the first point of contact for our crew on site
✓ You'll take care of new arrivals and departures as well as onboarding and offboarding
✓ You keep track of absences, duty rosters, time recording & master data with preparatory payroll accounting
✓ You support recruiting, plan probationary period interviews, annual interviews and are part of the candidate experience
✓ You coordinate further training, appointments, internal campaigns & crew moments
✓ You get involved in HR projects - always with an eye on how we can do things even better together
What you bring with you
✓ First experience in the HR area
✓ You enjoy direct dialogue with the department head team and like being in the office, but also sometimes in the middle of things
✓ Structure, organisational talent and a hands-on way of working
✓ Confident communication and a positive, open demeanour
✓ Fit in MS Office
✓ You have the flexibility to work a 5-day week, sometimes from Tue-Sat
✓ Team spirit, initiative & enjoy working in a lively, colourful environment
