Guest Service Manager (m/f/d)
As a Guest Service Manager (m/f/d), you are the interface between our guests and the team in our catering outlets. With your communicative and empathetic manner, you ensure that our guests feel welcome from the very first moment. With genuine warmth and your eye for detail, you respond individually to their wishes, moods and needs.
You make the difference and ensure that small encounters become great experiences.
What does your day look like?
✓ Welcoming & saying goodbye to guests - on shore and in other outlets if required
✓ Enthusiastic, personalised advice on all aspects of our gastronomy
✓ Information & advice on our in-house events
✓ Implementation of our quality standards & the guest script
✓ Active support in service if required
✓ Support in handling complaints - solution-orientated & with sensitivity
✓ Development & maintenance of our F&B guest file
✓ Internal and external communication whether in writing, by phone or in person, reservation acceptance
You are the interface between all departments - with the aim of offering every guest an all-round harmonious and personalised experience
What you bring with you
