We are looking for you if you like to take on responsibility, have experience at the front office and manage the team prudently together with our reception manager.
We are offering you a position as Deputy Reception Manager (m/f/d) on parental leave with immediate effect .
What's involved?
✓ Responsibility for cash accounting and deposits
✓ Management and coordination of the team
✓ Creation of duty rosters and complete documentation of all shifts and thus optimised staff deployment planning
✓ Holiday cover for the reception manager
✓ Preparation of monthly financial statements including lists for external companies (e.g. Bone, tourism centre, third-party provider invoices)
✓ Preparation and follow-up of bookkeeping
✓ Carrying out the inventory
✓ Processing and management of valuations on various platforms
Your basis
✓ Completed training in the hotel industry, or comparable qualification / experience
✓ Further training (master craftsman course, AEVO licence or similar) desirable
✓ Quality awareness, enthusiasm and motivation
✓ You shine as a good host with a strong customer focus and organisational talent
✓ Team spirit combined with a genuine leadership personality and role model function
✓ "Hands-on" mentality
