Food and drink are provided by 3 restaurants and 2 bars: in the Landgang - with its own glass smokehouse - we serve our guests fresh, regional cuisine all day long. The Schnüsch fine-dining restaurant also focuses on regional specialities. The harbour canteen is the best place to grab a quick, tasty snack before heading to the Alter Speicher bar or De Baar for a nightcap.

Your tasks
- You will develop new and exciting desserts and patisserie products for our fixed menu, events, café and seasonal menus.
- You will order new supplies, ingredients and products for the kitchen patisserie.
- Preparation and cooking of desserts and sweet dishes as well as the production of cakes and tarts
Your profile
- Basic knowledge of baking and patisserie techniques
- Artistic and creative interest and skill in garnishing desserts, cakes and patisserie goods
- Sound knowledge of hygiene principles and food preparation standards
- Completed vocational training or experience in the confectionery trade
- Culinary creativity with attention to detail
- Enjoy new projects, products and goods
