Since 2013, we have been welcoming our guests in 103 individually furnished rooms and suites, a restaurant in a casual, relaxed atmosphere - all about surfer style and beach vibes. Our motto: Life is better at the beach. So it's a good thing that we have located our hotel directly on the access road to the 12-kilometre-long beach.

Your challenge
✓ Fill the Beach Motel and the gastronomic outlets with life, unusual ideas and culinary delights
✓ Responsibility for a smooth operational and administrative process in the F&B area, specifically the breakfast area and the evening business at the ono bar, with a small food concept
✓ Operational planning and control of the use of goods including warehousing
✓ Development and implementation of standards in the various outlets
✓ Entrepreneurial thinking
✓ Main responsibility for the creation of duty rosters and complete documentation of all shifts and thus optimised staff deployment planning
✓ Motivation and promotion of employees and trainees, regular employee appraisals (general feedback, feedback before the end of probationary periods)
✓ Coordination of processes in the restaurant, such as guest reception, service, as well as with the events department and kitchen
✓ Sparring partner for the management

Your basis
✓ Completed training in the restaurant or hotel industry, or equivalent, a lot of passion for this great area
✓ Be a host with heart and mind, experience as a manager in the catering industry or other areas
✓ Quality awareness, enthusiasm and motivation
✓ Sales and cost-conscious and orientated work
✓ Comprehensive knowledge of beverage and food science
✓ Team spirit combined with a genuine leadership personality and role model function
✓ Organisational skills
✓ "Hands-on" mentality, we are not looking for someone who only manages their area
