History

Heimathafen® Hotels has been bringing colour and life to the hotel world for almost a decade. Do you remember the beginnings? In 2013, the BEACH MOTEL opened in St. Peter-Ording, a hip retreat full of lightness. The journey continued with the BRETTERBUDE and the BEACH MOTEL in Heiligenhafen in 2016, followed by the cosy BEACH APARTMENTS in Heiligenhafen in 2017.

Now would actually be the time to relax and enjoy ... but sitting still is not really our thing, so we settled on the North Sea and Baltic Sea in 2019. The LIGHTHOUSE HOTEL & SPA in Büsum, a chic hotel designed like a small harbour town, and FLIEGERDEICH HOTEL & RESTAURANT in Wilhelmshaven, right on the water. Our passion for unique concepts became increasingly clear.

We have a passion for Büsum and so it quickly became clear that we wanted to start more here! No sooner said than done, and so there has been a BRETTERBUDE in Büsum since 2022 and BEACH APARTMENTS since 2023

We set new standards in 2024 with the VILLA VIVA in Hamburg, a social city hotel. And the journey continues - new horizons await us.
